JohnHart Real Estate Agent Compensation
At JohnHart we believe in transparency so we are putting our cards on the table. We know that you are the one beating the pavement, and tracking down leads, so why should we be the only ones that truly profit? To answer this question simply: We don’t believe that we should be the only ones that profit. In fact we want you to prosper at JH, and for every one of our agents to be our partners instead.
With dedicated, hard working “partners” in mind we designed the JohnHart Profit Share, and are happy to extend it to all of our employees.
- To begin, we offer an 80/20 split, favoring our agents, and no desk fee.
- On top of this, in support of our “we want partners, not agents” initiative, we bonus our employees on overall production with JohnHart Profit Share.
As we are not interested in just hiring every person who managed to pass the exam, we have set ourselves up such that we rely on our agents to bring us agents that they believe in.
In return for bringing a referral, our agent will receive check every sale the referred agent closed that month. - Please keep in mind that the funds for the bonus come directly out of the owners 20% share, so it costs the referred agent nothing.
- It doesn’t stop here; in fact if the referred agent referred someone else, and so on, the original agent (along with all the subsequent referring agents) would still receive a bonus on every close.
- Essentially, the adept, well networked, agent could bring on a team and not close any deals himself while still being paid handsomely each month.
- Try to find that at another firm; as we said before “we want partners, not agents”!
