At JohnHart Real Estate we do things differently, and in an industry as impacted as real estate, we believe we owe it to our agents and clients to do so.
I encourage you to look around and explore your options, but as you are being pitched different commission splits and incentives, I urge you to ask yourself: what is this agency going to do for me, or am I simply paying for a name that no longer means anything?
Having been in real estate for almost two decades, our founding broker had all the time he needed to analyze the strengths and weakness of the other players in our industry; and ultimately decided that opening his own firm was the only way to truly begin reconciling the mistakes the other “major” players were making.
Ergo JohnHart was founded, and its doors opened to agents tired of the everyone-for-themselves attitude that dominates the industry. In the little time that we have been a formal corporation, we have managed to sink our teeth into the competition, and give our agents the success they deserve. To prove that we are not just blowing hot air, let me give you one statistic: In the two years we have been in business we have closed sales in more than 46 different cities, and currently have listing in over 80; and this is only in regards to our listings in California!
